This patch adds three buttons on the Glyph Editor: "Apply", "Previous" and "Next". This makes it much easier to switch between glyphs while editing. The one thing that is very annoying about gbdfed is that the keyboard shortcuts are all Ctrl and a random letter on the other side of the keyboard.
UPDATE: This patch was to be applied on v1.4 and made it upstream into gbdfed 1.5.
